Seamless Experience

Having a landscape designed and built should be an enjoyable process—not complicated. At Kairos Outdoor Living, we do everything we can to make the experience as seamless as possible for our customers, while keeping them informed every step of the way.

 

Our process begins with a phone consultation where we listen to your ideas, review photos of your space, and make sure we are a good fit for your project. Next, we will schedule an on-site visit and consultation where we discuss your ideas further and take detailed measurements. Then, for a reasonable fee, our professional team of designers will create both a 2D design and 3D renderings, and work with you on revisions until you are completely satisfied. The designs are yours to keep regardless of whether you move on to the construction phase with us.

We will prepare and present a construction estimate based on the final design of your landscape project. We use advanced software and take our time to ensure the most accurate construction estimate so there will be no surprise costs during your project. 

 

Once you have approved the construction estimate, your project will be scheduled to build.
