Our Process
We take a straightforward approach to creating timeless landscapes. The process begins with a phone call or email where we can discuss the scope of your project and review photos of your current outdoor space.
Once we’ve determined we’re a good fit for your project, we will schedule an on-site consultation, where we discuss your ideas and vision, and determine your design fee. If you choose to move forward, we will take comprehensive measurements and photos so we can get started on your design.
Next, our professional team of designers will create the design including a detailed 2D plan, and 3D renderings that you can keep regardless of whether you move on to the construction phase with us. We listen to your feedback, make any requested changes to the design, and also determine which materials will be used.
We then prepare and present a construction estimate based on the final design. Should you choose to continue with Kairos Outdoor Living, all it takes is a $500 deposit to get your project on our schedule. We’ll take it from there!
