Starting with design will make a world of difference in the experience of planning and executing your landscape project. Without a design, there's no way a project can truly be successful. It gives us a chance to collaborate and make sure we truly understand your vision and how t utilize your space within the budget desired, and it's a must to guarantee an accurate cost estimate. Having a design is an absolute must for the build team once it comes time for the installation. No matter how complex a project, big or small, the install team cannot execute a project without a plan.

The good news - designing is fun and doesn't necessarily have to be with an engineering or architectural firm and cost thousands of dollars. We welcome these plans if you have them already, but if you don't, we are happy to help!
With us, there may or may not be a fee for the design depending on the complexity, and if there is one, our promise is it will be reasonable and affordable fee, AND a portion of your design fee will be reduced off your project if you move forward with us for construction.
The process begins with a conversation discussing the scope of your project and review photos of your current outdoor space.
Once we’ve determined we’re a good fit for your project, we will schedule an on-site consultation, where we further discuss your ideas and vision, and determine a design fee if needed. We will take comprehensive measurements and photos so we can get started on your design.
Next, our team will create the design which you can keep regardless of whether you move on to the construction phase with us. We listen to your feedback, make any requested changes to the design, and also determine which materials will be used.
We then prepare and present a construction estimate based on the final design. Should you choose to continue with Kairos Outdoor Living for the construction phase, all it takes is a 20% deposit to get your project on our schedule. We’ll take it from there!
